I’ve never worked with a coach before? What can I expect?

We will work together to develop a strategy to help you move forward and reach your goals. However, if you are struggling with issues related to drug addiction or mental illness, I will be unable to assist you. Please seek out a licensed therapist.

How will sessions be held?

Sessions will be held by phone. In person sessions are available on a case by case basis if you are in the Atlanta area.

what days do you accept appointments?

Appointment days and times are available Monday through Friday between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm EST.

HOw many sessions will I need?

After our discovery call, we discuss the appropriate coaching plan for you.

what if I pay for a coaching plan but can’t make a session. can I get a refund?

Coaching services are non-fundable. If you know in advance that you will be unable to make a session, it can be rescheduled provided a 24 hour notice is given.
